On 1st February 2019, Lao National eduroam receives equipment from the Extending eduroam in the Asia Pacific (XeAP) Project II. This equipment will be used to deploy eduroam in three participant universities as well as the national level.
The equipment includes servers and access points. The servers will be installed radius server and the access point will allow students, university staff and researchers connect to eduroam network with SSID "eduroam"
